Michelle brings enthusiasm, creativity, and heart to every Cartin Tarpon event. Always ready to jump in with a fun idea and give it her all, she’s known for her “all-in” spirit and lighthearted approach. She might be just a little crazy… but only for the best causes of course! Her passion for the community truly shines through in everything she does.

Katie MacNeill
​​Katie keeps Cartin’ Tarpon running behind the scenes with the perfect blend of organization, creativity, and heart. As a math teacher at Tarpon Springs High School, she’s a natural problem solver who somehow manages to keep our committees endless stream of ideas organized and moving forward. As Michelle’s neighbor, Katie never quite knows when another Cartin’ Tarpon adventure is about to come knocking, but thankfully she keeps saying “yes!”. Katie is an invaluable part of our team, and we’re incredibly grateful for her!

Linda Eisner
Linda moved here 14 years ago and never looked back to NY. She loves Tarpon Springs. She truly enjoys volunteering all over town, meeting people, networking and hosting events. She keeps herself busy with enjoyable projects to enhance the city and those in need. Cartin' Tarpon is a fun happy charity and one she enjoys volunteering for.

Kevin Lamphere
Always ready to lend a hand, Kevin has joined the Cartin' Tarpon team to help in whatever is needed. Kevin first attended the Poker Run in 2025, after building his own cart. Now Kevin is assisting the team in soliciting raffle items for the upcoming events, as well as attending other community carting events to gather new ideas and resources.

Taylor Plemens
Equal parts graphic designer and Michelle’s idea translator, Taylor turns concepts into polished designs and creative content that bring Cartin Tarpon’s vision to life. An Ohio native, she considers Tarpon Springs like her "second home" and loves helping share everything that makes it so special.

Erin Merendino
Originally from South Jersey, Erin relocated to Tarpon Springs in 2023 and quickly found a deep sense of belonging in the city’s vibrant culture and close‑knit community. Since moving here, she has proudly participated in the Annual Christmas Parade each year, her favorite local tradition and a celebration that reflects everything she loves about Tarpon Springs. Erin volunteers with Cartin Tarpon to help advance its mission of supporting local youth through initiatives like the Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches and Shop with a Cop. She is grateful for the opportunity to contribute to programs that provide stability, encouragement, and joy to young people in the community she now calls home.

Jennifer Plouffe
Jennifer is the friend Michelle somehow managed to drag into Cartin' Tarpon—and she's been all in ever since! After making Tarpon Springs her home in 2010, she quickly fell in love with the community and the people who make it so special. Whether she's connecting with local businesses, organizing behind the scenes, or jumping in wherever help is needed, Jennifer is always ready to lend a hand. She loves seeing neighbors and local businesses come together to support great causes and believes there's nothing better than watching an event bring smiles to so many faces. She may be just a little crazy herself, or maybe she's just the one who helps keep up with Michelle's crazy ideas! Either way, she's always ready for the next Cartin' Tarpon adventure and somehow always ends up saying "yes!"
